Learn through theory & embodied exercises

My workshops and immersions are based in the wisdom of relational presence and embodiment. Each session combines theory, embodied exercises, inner watching/self-awareness, and group harvesting to create an arc of practice and play. The tone is set to intentionally interrupt our social programming and unaware/auto-pilot mode, so that we may find ourselves closer to the truth of any moment. It is from this place, that we can welcome more of ourselves and each other into meaningful, intimate, and rewarding relationships.

Participants walk away with practical tools and real experience offering empathy & deep listening, attunement to self and other, navigating tough conversations & vulnerability, and liberation for authentic yet relate-full expression. I cannot understate the power in expanding our ability to be with—both ourselves and each other fully. From this dignified place of presence and wholeness—we co-create compassionate and connected potential.
